1. Nature of Services

The services provided by Danya Gamliel are of an intuitive and ceremonial nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, accuracy, or results.

2. Sessions — Booking & Cancellation

Sessions must be paid in full at time of booking. Cancellations made more than [X] hours/days before the scheduled session may be eligible for a credit. No-shows forfeit the full session fee.

3. Rituals — Participation & Refunds

Ritual participation fees are non-refundable once the ritual has commenced. Private ritual fees are non-refundable once scheduled and confirmed.

4. Store — Returns & Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed. Physical product returns are accepted within [X] days of receipt, in original condition.

5. Scope of Practice

Danya Gamliel does not offer mediumship, medical intuition, health advice, trauma clearing, or guidance on matters she considers ethically outside her practice.
